With its products, CARU AG wants to bring technology closer to people and their real needs - and that into old age. From production to support, almost everything comes from Switzerland. The innovative company has already received several awards for its products - including the Swiss Design Prize and the renowned Innosuisse certificate.

CARU AG is convinced that when technology is used correctly, it can do a lot of good in people's lives. With passion and entrepreneurial spirit, they are therefore developing the future of an ageing society together with their partners and customers. With the emergency call system "CARU care", for example, the Swiss company offers an innovative tool to give older people more security in everyday life. By means of an emergency call button or a voice command, they can send a message to family members or to the CARU emergency call centre in an emergency situation and thus get help as quickly as possible - and that in a very uncomplicated way. Simplicity is also at the forefront of their product "CARU air". The device measures the CO2 concentration in the air and displays it with an easy-to-understand traffic light system. This makes it immediately obvious when it is time to ventilate.

CARU works with Swiss suppliers as often as possible for the production of its devices, thus conserving resources. But for CARU, professional and environmentally friendly recycling is also part of a sustainable value chain. This is why the company has decided to join the SENS take-back system, because CARU not only acts in an entrepreneurial way, but also in a sustainable way and is convinced that a functioning raw material cycle makes a decisive contribution to a sustainable Switzerland.
