You’ll find us at the Bring & Collect Days at Zurich Hauptbahnhof (central train station) on 26 and 27 May 2023
#MoveTheDate Switzerland is holding Bring & Collect Days at Zurich Hauptbahnhof in late May. The two-day event raises awareness of the Swiss Overshoot Day. In other words, the day on which we have used up the natural resources for the whole year. From this date onwards, we are then living on credit at the expense of the environment for the rest of the year. In Switzerland, we will reach Overshoot Day on 13 May this year.
The Bring & Collect Days are all about living, household items and their stories, with swapping, sharing, renting and repairing all playing a central role. The main attraction is a large bring & collect market, where you can bring your own items and take other items home with you.
We’re delighted that SENS eRecycling is able to be part of this great event – with our “Fascination of eRecycling” exhibition.
Interactive, informative, entertaining
Visit our booth to find out just what a blender, a coffee machine, a cordless screwdriver or a robot vacuum cleaner contains – and how you can get the most out of these appliances once they have served their purpose.
Plus, you will get lots of tips and tricks for dealing with electrical or electronic appliances and learn why letting go of broken appliances or those you no longer use is not only good for you, but also for the environment. You will also have the chance to meet the people behind SENS eRecycling, of course.
Last but not least, there’s a competition with an attractive prize. You could be lucky and win a trip on the Glacier Express worth CHF 1,000 after your visit to one of the Bring & Collect Days.
